Overview
Novo Lean Solution Safety Enclosures are designed to safely protect operators or other shop floor employees from running machines or airborne parts. In addition to safety these enclosures also provide protection against unsafe noise levels, some temperature protection and humidity helping keep both operator and machine safer.
All of our Safety Enclosures are fully customizable to fit your machine size, design and needs. At Novo Lean Solutions we have Engineers on staff to fully design your Machine Enclosure to best utilize space and cost. All of our safety enclosures are made from shatter resistant Polycarbonate so if something goes wrong in the machine your operators and other machines are safe. The enclosures are also fully transparent allowing you to see directly into the machine to make sure all parts are running correctly and there are no malfunctions or scrap being processed.
At Novo Lean Solutions we offer many options and accessories to our Sound Enclosures. There are many door options including sliding, folding, double and many more. Our enclosures can also be mounted on stainless steel tables with or without caster wheels for easier machine mobility. So whether you want a benchtop option or full cart based mobile solution we’ve got you covered. Safety latches and light curtains can be added for additional operator safety.

Fully Customizable Enclosure
Our in house Engineering team will work with you to create the most optimal design for your unit. We will work with you on size, options and safety features to fill your needs in utilizing space and limiting cost. We have many additional options and accessories including providing a bench option or a mobile cart option. -
Safety is Priority One
In addition to our shatter resistant Polycarbonate shielding to prevent flying debris, our enclosures also help protect against sound hazards, temperature ranges and humidity which protects the operator and machines. We can also add light curtains and safety switches for additional protections. -
Shatter Resistant Polycarbonate
Each Machine Enclosure is made with shatter resistant polycarbonate to protect your operator and equipment from flying debris and/or parts coming off the machine.
